Electrical installation must meet regulated standards in order to ensure safety. Faults with the fuse board, switches or sockets could cause electric shock or fire, causing injury and damage to occupants and property.
Electrical fires affect 20,000 homes in the UK every year. Electrical products cause 89 per cent of the fires, while 11 per cent are caused by faulty wiring. Most of these incidents could be avoided by regular inspection and maintenance of electric systems.
Unlike many who claim to carry out electrical installation condition reports, we’re completely upfront and transparent about our prices. You’ll be hard-pushed to find better value.

Regular fire alarm servicing is the only way of knowing, for sure, that your fire alarm system is fully-operational so you can depend on it functioning correctly when you need it most. Plus, it’s a legal and regulatory requirement to ensure your fire alarm system is in good working order and complies with the current standards.
One of our trained engineers will attend at a time to suit you in order to carry out a full service of your system in accordance with BS5839-1. Should you ever have an issue that requires an urgent engineer visit, we will have someone on site very quickly. description
No Tied in Fire Alarm contract
Best of all, as with all our maintenance, you’re not tied into a contract. We can carry out fire alarm maintenance as you decide, which is generally every six months.
We’re able to service fire detection systems of any size and type, and can attend shops and offices, schools and colleges, care homes and hospitals, factories and warehouses, public buildings, village halls, churches, HMOs and anywhere else we’re needed.
Currently, we’re able to offer fire alarm servicing in London and surrounding areas.
Unlike many who claim to maintain fire alarm systems, we’re completely upfront and transparent about our prices. You’ll be hard-pushed to find better value.
Our prices are based on the number of "trigger devices" installed on your system. These are an item that can trigger the alarm to activate, such as the panel, smoke detectors and manual call points. It does not include sounders and beacons.

The Benefits of Electrical and Fire Maintenance Contracts for Your Company
Electrical and fire maintenance contracts offer a whole host of benefits for any company. The most obvious and arguably the most important is compliance.
By law, it is mandated that companies must maintain electrical & fire installations and anything connected to the electrical supply to a safe standard. GES are approved professionals that comply with government regulation so are able to perform the routine maintenance necessary to ensure that your company meets this legislation.
While this is vital for your business, having a maintenance contract also provide some further benefits for your company including:
Predictability; No-one enjoys a nasty surprise, and routine maintenance can help you dramatically reduce the risks of you being taken unawares of an unpleasant situation.
There is no need to panic because you missed PAT Testing or the periodic inspection for your company has elapsed because a member of staff is on leave or has left. This can all be planned into your budget and considered done.
Familiarity; A maintenance contract can allow both parties to benefit from familiarity.
When your company has established a close working relationship with GES, our team will quickly learn the intricacies of how your business operates and what systems are in place.
This will reduce the time needed for fault finding and site visits, to benefit both parties.
Reliability; As an electrical maintenance contract customer, you enjoy a dedicated service for your business.
Which ensures if an issue arrises they deal with it as a matter of priority, so you can have the reassurance and peace of mind of knowing it will cause minor disruption to your business.
Even small electrical faults can create big problems, particularly for businesses, but GES offer comprehensive electrical and fire maintenance contracts to ensure that your business is always best protected.
